Demystifying Mathematics: An Evening with Jo Boaler

Jo Boaler engaging in Mathematics at Stanford University

Shifts in education have occurred - particularly in mathematics - as researchers discover more about the brain and how we learn. Dr. Jo Boaler demystifies these shifts and shares her work to support creative, visual mathematics. Join us on January 31st, on the Good Shepherd campus, as she presents to parents, educators, and community members the latest research that suggests an urgency for different mindsets about math education. All are welcome to attend.
