By completing this form and signing below, I, on behalf of my student, am electing distance learning for my student for the term of 14 days as outlined in the Good Shepherd Episcopal School (the “School”) Student-Parent Handbook, Campus Protocols and Guidelines 2020-2021, supplemental handbook, or addendum and any subsequent communications from Division Heads. I acknowledge and agree my student is required to complete the entire 14-day period offered off campus, may not elect partial periods of distance learning, and will not be permitted on campus during the 14-day period.
By electing this option and signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree the School is continuing to provide services under the Financial Obligation Contract (“Contract”), and any selection for distance learning in this Agreement does not, in any manner, modify and/or waive my obligations and commitment for the 2020-2021 school year. In this regard, I acknowledge and agree I will not receive any tuition proration in the event of a period of distance learning for my student. By signing this agreement, I confirm I am the parent / guardian who has the right to make decisions regarding my student’s education, including, but not limited to, executing the Agreement. Additionally, by signing this agreement, I hereby expressly agree and accept that I am confirming my understanding that full tuition, as noted in my signed Financial Obligation Contract, remains due in full as outlined in that agreement. Finally, I acknowledge and agree to support my student in participating meaningfully in the educational process during distance learning.
