Updates to the 2021-2022 Student-Parent Handbook

Each summer, we spend time reviewing and updating the Student-Parent Handbook. Sometimes, there are only small changes. With this revision, our updates include three items we would like to bring to your attention:

  • Grievance policy - We have formalized a grievance policy and included it in the Handbook. It includes both an informal and a formal means to express concerns. Please reference this policy if you have concerns you would like to address with the school.

  • Use of Good Shepherd’s name - You must have written permission to use the school’s name, logo, or the “GSES” acronym. Please refer to the “Use of School Name and/or Logo” section in the Handbook for additional information. 

  • Use of the school directory - We want to facilitate communication between families for school and classroom-related information by publishing the directory. However, it is important this information is used only for authorized school purposes.
