Grandparents will be kept informed of events, receive our Good News magazine, and be invited to our annual Grandparents' Day Celebration!

Please note:

• You may add contact information for up to eight (8) grandparents.

• If you have multiple GSES students with differing grandparents, please fill out a separate form for each child.

• If you have previously submitted your child's grandparent information (and no changes have occurred) no submission is required.

• If any of your grandparents' contact information has changed, you may resubmit it here and only include information that has changed.
