Trimester 3: Learning Environment Options, 2020-2021 School Year

Please complete this questionnaire by Friday, February 26th to opt in to Distance Learning for your child(ren) for the entire third trimester. If you have more than one child enrolled, you do not need to submit the form multiple times.

Alternatively, if your family would like to participate in Distance Learning for a shorter period of time, you may choose at any point to complete the 14-day Distance Learning Opt-In Form. This will begin a temporary (2-week) period of Distance Learning.
