Design for Change
You are invited to participate in a unique opportunity to learn how to develop student agency to create bold social impact and unleash their “I Can Superpower," using the Design for Change, design thinking process.
During the workshop to be held on the Good Shepherd Episcopal School campus, you will 1) observe students while they move through each stage of DFC, and 2) unpack those observations to gain insights about how DFC can be employed with your students. You will also be introduced to the simple and effective DFC framework: Feel, Imagine, Do, Share. A framework that helps students and teachers to think big, investigate and critique challenges, and creatively formulate a project plan to execute social-good projects.
This Master Class is ideal for teachers, administrators, community service leaders, after-school professionals, and any educator who is passionate about using design thinking for social impact.
